We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance search rankings across major search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to drive qualified organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, analysis, and optimization for content and web pages.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements (site speed, crawlability, indexing, etc.).
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Build and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and content management systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Understanding of content marketing and copywriting principles.
- Familiarity with PPC campaigns and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of technical SEO (schema markup, site structure, sitemaps, etc.).
