We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Create and present professional business proposals and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and report progress to management.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve products, services, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client trust and long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing, IT services, software sales, or B2B sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
