Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create and present professional business proposals and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement growth strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and report progress to management.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve products, services, and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client trust and long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
